Policies

Please note Treatments and Prices are subject to change without notice. We will endeavour to keep this website updated as these changes occur.

ALL CLIENTS:

  • A $50 deposit is required for facial and lash treatments 45mins and over if booking online or over the phone.
  • A $30 deposit is required for Virtual Consultations which will be booked over the phone.
  • Ideally 24hours cancellation is required, however I understand things happen. Please let us know as soon as possible if you cannot attend your appointment.
  • Cancellations 12hours and under and No Shows will forfeit the deposit and your next appointment will require a new deposit to secure.
  • When required, please provide the correct information to ensure you receive the most suitable treatment. A service may need to be changed if a contraindication is noted in a consultation.

Discounted Products & Services:

  • All discounted products & services are valid at the time of advertisements specified dates only.
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash or different products or services.

Gift Vouchers:

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash & valid for 3 years

New Client Offers:

  • All new client offers are valid for 1 visit only, as advertised.

Skin Needling:

  • Skin Needling Treatments minimum of 3-weeks preparation with DP Dermaceuticals products to support collagen synthesis and ensure the correct vitamins and antioxidants that strengthen the skin are used before skin needling can be performed.
  • Skin Needling Courses: Skin needling courses have an expiry of 6 months. This ensures you get the best benefits from the treatments and achieve desired results. All treatments are booked in at the time of purchase, however, can be rescheduled.

5-7 working days, up to 10 working days to Western Australia.
Parcel is subject to safe drop unless requested otherwise via Australia Post or in the delivery comments.
Deliver to PO Boxes, Parcel Collect and Parcel Lockers available. Tracking number will be provided.

Australia Post Express $11

1- 3 business days.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS TAKING LONGER THAN USUAL?

We understand (and agree) that skin health is serious business and so endeavour to have all orders dispatched within 1 day (weekdays). Delivery guidelines are estimates made by Australia Post and based on business days, Monday – Friday, and excludes weekends and public holidays. Unfortunately, once your parcel leaves our hands we are at the mercy of Australia Post.
